 If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.

 Our products that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

1. What is the Exchange Policy on SIOURA ?

As a company policy, Once the SIOURA pieces are sold they can be exchanged. If there is size issue then we accept exchange as well as we accept exchange on sale products too.

If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at siouraclothing@gmail.com strictly within 2-3 days after delivery to request an exchange.

Once Exchange accepted by SIOURA team, we provide reverse pick up, If pick up facility is not available at your location you have to send parcel by yourself. Kindly share tracking number once you ship parcel back to us. Sioura will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

We do only size exchange once for all orders.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SIOURA on the following address:

 Purchases made during SALE are eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

 Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

 Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order. 

Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount paid by client).

We offer only store credits for Lifetime use. Store credit shall be equal to paid amount, If you are sending exchange or return parcel by yourself then courier expense will be handled by client.

The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.

2. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at siouraclothing@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

If your order is eligible to cancel we will inform you within 24 hours and your paid money will be refunded in store credits for Lifetime use and you can use it anytime for next purchase.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SIOURA and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

3. How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in Lifetime on the SIOURA website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

4. Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 2-3 days of delivery.

5. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 2-3 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.

6. Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

 Exchange/Return accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.

 Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

 10-12% of colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

 Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

 The customers might have to send the product themselves to our warehouse in case of unavailability of pickup in your area or for urgent orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Which countries does Sioura ship to?

We ship WORLDWIDE.

2. What are the international shipping costs and duties?

For all international orders of and below INR 25000, the shipping charges are INR 1500/kg.
Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of the delivery address.

3. Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To cancel your order please email us on siouraclothing@gmail.com

If your international order is eligible to cancel. You will get credit note for lifetime use which you can use anytime in life during your next purchase.

4. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

From the time of shipping – it will take about 10-15 days for your international order to reach you.

5. What payment methods does Sioura allow for international shipping?

You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
